How To Consign

It's as easy as sending us a picture

We would love to see your items! Please send photos below of anything you would like to consign and we will reply with an approval or not. Due to the traffic in our store, we ask that all items are approved before bringing in to save you time.

Once approved, we will provide you with the next steps to get the items to us. When they arrive, we inventory each item, then professionally stage the furniture, accessories and art in our 23,000 sf showroom.

When the item sells, you receive 62% of the sale price. You may pick up a check or spend your sales in-store and receive a 5% bonus!

  • How much do I receive for my furniture and accessories?

    We take 38% of the sale, you receive 62%. of the sale.

  • Do you pick up my consigned item?

    No,  it is up to the consignor to get their furniture to the store. If you need assitance getting your items to the store, S and D Delivery is our delivery service of choice. Please call them at 760-989-6095.

  • When can I drop off my furniture and accessories?

    We accept furniture Wednesday - Saturday from 9 am - 2 pm and Sunday 10 am - 2 pm. Art can be delivered Wednesday - Saturday.

  • When will my furniture and accessories be priced?

    The furniture gets priced upon arrival.

  • Do you discount unsold furniture and accessories?

    We stay firm on the original price for 1 month. After one month we reduce the items 15% per month.

  • How and when will I receive my payment for a sale?

    Funds are able to be collected the month following the sale via check. Consignors may also choose to spend their sales in-store and receive a 5% bonus!
